How long is the roof going to last?
There are a number of factors that dictate how long your new roof will last. The types of materials used as well as the installation itself are important considerations. For example, asphalt shingles tend to last longer than cedar shingles. The construction of the roof system is also incredibly important in estimating a roof’s lifetime.
How long does the job take?
Every job is different, but we typically take between one to two days to install a new roof. There are exceptions; if we work on much larger houses then the job can take a little longer. For the most part repairs are carried out in a matter of hours or even less, depending on the damage.
What are the signs to look for in roof repairs?
There are a number of things to look for such as debris coming out on the downspout, buckled shingles, or discolouration. If you’re unsure, feel free to give Osborne Roofing in the Niagara Region a call for a consultation.
